Current Construction Updates

Following the completion of the geothermal drilling program, the project will move into the shoring and excavation phase. Shoring is a temporary retaining wall system installed around the perimeter of the site to safely support the surrounding ground while excavation takes place.
Excavation will then begin to create the three levels of underground parking. During this phase, residents can expect increased activity from excavation equipment and dump trucks entering and leaving the site. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and traffic management measures will remain in place to help ensure the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists.
